Volunteer
Our fundraising events can’t be successful without help from our volunteers. Typical volunteer duties include tasks such as:

• event set up
• manning booths
• ticket sales
• participant timing
• event clean up

We greatly appreciate your willingness to spend valuable time helping with our fundraising efforts. If you are interested in helping at our next event, please complete the volunteer form to let us know your availability and what kind of jobs you’d like to do.

Donations

Planned Giving
There are a wide variety of options for planning a financial gift to support our organization. The following is a brief summary of the most common methods of planned giving. Your tax professional can advise you regarding the most appropriate option for your personal situation.

• Bequests - You can define a gift amount in your will. This means you continue to have the assets at your disposal during your life, and the gift can be used to benefit others after you no longer have need of it.
• Charitable Gift Annuity - A unique and flexible method of making a financial donation to a charity that also creates a fixed monthly income that you can receive for the rest of your life.
• Charitable Living Trust - A Charitable Living Trust (or Testamentary Trust) is created by your will and the assets are distributed to the organization you’ve designated by a trustee.
• Life Insurance - You can make an outright gift of an existing life insurance policy (or purchase a new one) by naming FITE CIL as owner and beneficiary.
